15th Nov 08 Over 30 folks turned up for this Salsa evening organised by Angela McClaren and it proved to be a great success.Sam Hood's instruction was great and I am sure this is a fore runner for many similar nights in Parton Village Hall
Centenary Dinner was outstanding success. 75 attended. Address by MP Alex Fergusson, Toast, Mungo Bryson and Vote of Thanks Alaister Nelson. Paul Rusby was Chairman.
The new notice Board and Red Kite information center has been rejected by both Parton CC and D and G planning dept.A more appropriate design is being prepared for CC and Village Hall approval.
